The Cape Town Cycle Tour is one of the city’s biggest annual sporting events. Thousands of cyclists from across the country (and world), descend upon the Mother City to take on the scenic route. 2017 marked the 40th anniversary, and it was a milestone which needed an extra boost in attention. The MMMob were tagged in by Worldsport, to create “Real Story” content, to promote the epic event.
AFROPUNK’s Joburg Festival is the ultimate New Year’s Party, and Mobile Media Mob were tasked to capture, create, produce and finalise it all – the crazy-cool acts, as well as the artist interviews, the killer Festival looks, the build-up and behind-the-scenes, not just for AFROPUNK, but also for their sponsors, partners and media affiliates and outlets.
Olmeca South Africa was the headline sponsor of Grietfest – the ultimate alternative music festival, set in the deep, dark container shipping-yard of Joburg City. The MMMob was charged to capture the energy of this big-bass event.

The brief was to conceptualise and produce a shoot for the brand’s very first Influencer campaign. with Thesis Lifestyle, a local design brand, and Fixin Diaries – a startup which allows people to cycle the streets of Soweto, on fixies.
