The Brief

PUMA South Africa were launching their new Anthem football boot range, featuring two designs – FUTURE and ONE. They wanted to introduce the gear to their social fans, and needed Mobile Media Mob to capture Digital Assets of the boots in action. The foot models? Professional female soccer players, including Banyana Banyana. The squad would soon be heading to the 2019 Women’s World Cup, and so the MMMob was also asked to take a few patriotic pics, and bench them for the event.

The MMMob Approach

MMM needed to create an agile shoot which allowed us to capture Photos, GIFs and Videos of all the soccer stars, in a single morning. Including the additional shots, which could be used over the World Cup period.

The location scouted was a football field in Sandton. Here, MMM had each of the players to show us their football flair, with fancy footwork which highlighted the boots. Simultaneously, Mobile Media Mob captured static shots of the talent and product. The onset MMMob called it a wrap, and the raw content was handed over to our Post-Production team, which kept the project streamlined and efficient. These clickers and tweakers added grading and graphics to each piece of content, ensuring it would stand out on social.
